Welcome to Made to be Real! This zine was inspired by my own confidence journey and experiences with body image. I've included articles, responses, and art from other amazing people, too!

Feel free to share this with family, friends, or even strangers! My goal in creating this project was to help others feel less alone. We all go through struggles and we all have insecurities; sometimes we just need to hear stories from others to realize it.
